What is this position in a nut-shell? 

This person will be the digital marketing champion of Twisted Alchemy networks, channels, and more. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of creating digital content for the company, and assist our small & mighty marketing team in utilizing limited resources to support revenue growth. This position is heavily self-directed, and you must be able to react quickly and creatively to shifting start-up needs. Experience working with social media platforms, including content development for a food/bev brand is crucial, along with the ability to be flexible, fast moving, organized, responsible, collaborative, and deeply committed with a “can-do” spirit as we build this purposeful company at this exciting time.

What you will be doing:

  • Support marketing strategy with digital for award winning juice brand in an ever-expanding landscape, utilizing existing assets and creating new content as needed to elevate brand awareness and build revenues.
  • Oversee website management on shopify and support on-going work with website coding partner.
  • Be the champion of the digital/social calendar on all networks, and work with marketing team for strategizing planning to coordinate.
  • Tackle last minute design needs that arise from time to time…common in our start-up, growth environment.
  • Write blogs and post to social networks, website and link in emails for SEO.
  • Execute and manage social media management with content support from freelancers/photographers, and be able to execute photography internally when needed.
  • Lead influencer management and execution of influencer programs (white label ads) 
  • Plan and execute event activations and support trade show efforts with sales team
  • Oversee existing asset management using Adobe Software, Canva, Google Drive and more.
  • Work with paid media partners and email/SMS marketing partners–work with marketing team to strategize calls, plan promotions schedule, and monitor results
  • Execute creative content, including copy, design, video and oversee freelance designers and content creators
  • Edit and create decks, flyers and graphics for cross-company usage
  • Understand and know every aspect of all products – know the brand backwards and forwards, and capability to deliver the brand voice and essence in all communications.
  • Market B2B, D2C, and ecommerce products – have great ability to switch voice and customer target according to campaign and needs
  • Support brand partnerships and collaborations with spirit brands, non-alc partners, other collaborations and giveaways.
  • Ideate, reach out and coordinate collaborations with restaurants, bars, hotels and stadiums that we sell to, as well as bartenders, mixologists and F&B directors for curated campaigns and content.
  • Be immersed in the cocktail and mocktail industry and how we can expand to more customers and grow sales

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in social/digital media, marketing (food & beverage industry a plus)
  • Experience collaborating with internal partners and external agencies/partners/talent, including public relation agencies, email marketing and digital advertising/paid media
  • Experience with social media management, social listening and community engagement,, and social analytics tools such as Sprout Social and LinkTree
  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience and well versed with graphic design through Canva and Adobe Creator Suite

This position is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary (55,000-70,000) and health/wellness benefits. There are opportunities for in-person events in the Chicagoland area and at various activations around the US.
