All traffic coming to eBay is for your benefit. The traffic is already there so all you need to do is try to sell your products over the competition which you do as a store. You can use discounts, coupons, holiday sales, or weekend sales to push 5% or 10% off sales.

Profits start to look a little slim, but you can set your own hours and grow as you feel you should. It’s fun to source products and not so fun to list but once you see the money it’s worth the extra effort plus who has extra stuff, they can get rid of?

I get my inventory from Goodwill, and Facebook Marketplace. The good thing about eBay is you can sell almost anything. So, the competition varies in your category.

What Do Profits Look Like?

Profits typically look like 25% to taxes, 13% to fees and sell costs, 2% on ad costs, and 60% on Revenue. So, all in all, it’s better than low affiliate marketing costs overall and the work is minimal.
