Hallam wins big at the UK Company Culture Awards 2024

The UK Company Culture Awards culminated in a ceremony last night, which saw Hallam take home two of the event’s most significant prizes: Best Working Environment (Hybrid) and Best Agency to Work For (Large). 

The UK Company Culture Awards recognise the organisations that nurture their workforce, reward their staff, and create an environment that proves everyone is valued.  They celebrate the fresh, adaptive environments that see their staff as people and strive to care for their career development, mental health, and physical well-being. 

At last night’s ceremony, hosted by Don’t Panic Events, Hallam was delighted to be presented with two of the night’s biggest awards. It was an honour to be listed amongst such highly-regarded and admired businesses. As an agency, we’ve worked hard to be somewhere our team can feel proud to work for; these awards are recognition that we’re heading in the right direction. 

People and Culture Manager, Jacqueline Smith, had this to say about the win: “I’m beyond thrilled that Hallam has been named as the Best Working Environment (Hybrid) and Best Agency to Work For. I started the role as People and Culture Manager last year and this is a huge milestone for us as a company.
